Youth Salsa Level 1

Youth Salsa Level 1 (Grades 3–6)

Youth Salsa Level 1 builds upon the foundational skills mambo (Salsa on 2) while challenging dancers to grow in their technique, musicality, and confidence. Students will continue developing proper timing, footwork, body movement, coordination, partner-work fundamentals, and performance quality.

This class focuses on refining the basics while introducing more complex patterns, styling, and choreography. Dancers will be encouraged to develop greater awareness of technique, musical interpretation, and teamwork in a supportive environment designed to help them progress as Latin dancers.
